How to send a notice
Send your notice by email to welcome@ailumiere.com, or by post to AI Lumière, 58 Rue Monceau, 75008 Paris, France.
What the notice must include
- The signature, physical or electronic, of the rights holder or an authorised representative.
- A clear identification of the work you claim has been infringed.
- Where the allegedly infringing material is located on our website or services, with specific URLs where possible.
- Your contact details: full name, address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
What we do
On receiving a valid notice, we take appropriate action, which may include removing the content concerned and informing the person responsible.
